University of Glasgow launches new MSc in International Relations
The College of Social Sciences at the University of Glasgow has launched an MSc in International Relations for 2011/12. This Masters programme is aimed at people interested in the crucial challenges facing our world today. This includes terrorism, globalisation, humanitarian intervention and new social movements.
The MSc in International Relations is intended to make students question the division between the 'domestic' and 'international', and between theory and practice in the study of international relations
This Masters programme will enable students to take a range of courses from across the University of Glasgow's School of Social and Political Sciences, as well as courses from its Business School.
It is an intense and demanding programme that offers students broad and informed knowledge of the challenges in international relations. It is also intended to equip them with the analytical techniques and tools to analyse political data.
