The open evening will give potential students the opportunity to find out more about the MBA, talk to the course director and current students, as well as see the UEA London facilities. Course administrators will be available to answer any queries about the programme, scholarships available or the application process. Examples of work, including the challenge events and consultancy projects, will also be presented.
This event will give potential students the chance to find out about the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Strategic Carbon Management, which was the first of its kind in the world when it was launched in 2007 by the University of East Anglia.
The programme is offered as a modular, part-time programme run over two or three years from UEA's new study centre UEA London, which is based close to Liverpool Street Station.
The part-time programme, which starts in January 2011, comprises of four day teaching blocks once every two months, run from a Wednesday to Saturday, to minimise disruption and maximise learning. Students on the MBA course undertake a management consultancy skills module which involving two consultancy projects and a challenge event instead of a traditional dissertation, allowing students to gain valuable real life experience while they study.
Location: UEA London, 102 Middlesex Street, London, E1 7EZ.
