The teaching at the University of Kent has been ranked among best in UK
The Guardian 2012 University Guide has ranked the teaching at the University of Kent as being among the best in the UK.
The Guide was published on the 17th May 2011, and has ranked the University of Kent 23rd out 119 UK institutions for teaching excellence. This shows a rise of four places from last year.
Professor Dame Julia Goodfellow, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kent, says: "Kent’s position among the top universities in the UK is a reflection of the high quality of our academic provision and student support. This confirms the excellent student experience that the University offers."
The Guardian 2012 Guide also ranks one-third of Kent’s subjects in the top 12 nationally for teaching.
