There are plenty of opportunities to meet a representative from Queen Mary, University of London overseas during October as members of QMUL's International Office team will be at a number of overseas events to meet international students who are interested in studying at a postgraduate level at QMUL.        

Brazil: Nichole Carpenter will be in Brazil on Saturday 8th October from 1pm-9pm at UK Universities 2011, Brazilian British Centre, Rua Ferreira Araújo, 741, Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP CEP 05428-002. She will be in Rio on the 11th October from 2pm-9pm at the British Council Education UK 2011 in Rio de Janeiro at the Hotel Marina Palace Delfim Moreira, 630, Leblon, Rio de Janeiro.

Egypt: Dr John Behiri will be in Egypt from 8th-10th October at the Egypt International Education Fair Fall 2011.

Taiwan: Erin MacLean will be in Taiwan from the 8th-9th October at the UKEAS University Tour Taipei which is being held at the GIS Convention Centre. She will then be in Hsinchu, Taiwan on 10th October for the UKEAS University Tour Hsinchu at the Howard Plaza Hotel. On the 11th October she will be at the UKEAS University Tour Taichung at the Tempus Hotel. On the 12th October she'll be at the UKEAS University Tour Kaohsiung at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel. On the 13th October she'll be at the UKEAS University Tour Tainan at the Shangri-La Far Eastern Plaza Hotel. On the 21st October Angeliki Polatou will be at the Taipei European School, Swire European Secondary Campus, Shihlin District from 8.45am-11am. Then at the Taipei Show Exhibition Hall Two in Taipei City on the 22nd October from 1pm-6pm. On the 23rd October from 1pm-6pm at the Taipei British Council. On 24th October from 11am-1pm at GETSET, No. 169, Zhong Xiao East Rd, Taipei. Then from 2pm-5pm    at UKEAS Taipei, No. 121, Chung Ching South Road, Taipei. On the 25th October from 2pm-5pm at Oxbridge, No 295, Section 4, Jhongsiao E Road, Da-An District, Taipei.

Turkey: Helena Collins will be in Turkey on the 9th October from 1.30pm-4.30pm for the CIS Education Day in the Istanbul Hilton Hotel. On the 11th October she will be available from 5.30pm-7pm at the British Side Education Counselling in Istanbul. On the 13th October from 1pm-6pm she will be at the A2 International Education Fair which is being held at the Rixos Grand Ankara Hotel. From 15th-16th October she will be at the A2 International Education fair, Istanbul Hilton Hotel from 1pm-6pm. Dean Gonsalves will be in Istanbul from 6pm-8pm on 18th October at the British Side Education Counselling. He will then be in Ankara on the 19th October.

UK: Anita Walton will be at CATS Canterbury University Fair on 13th October which is being held at the Kent County Cricket Ground. Louise Sutherland is at UniFIS at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London on the 15th October. Ceri Bevan is at the Brooke House University Fair, Congretional Church, Market Harborough on the 19th October.

China: Erin MacLean will be at the International Graduate Scholarship Fair in Beijing on the 15th October. She will also be at the China Education Expo in Beijing from 15th-16th October. On the 18th October from 10am-12pm she will be at UKEAS China Beijing Office, Room 601, CITIC Building A, No.19 Jian Guo Men Wai Ave. Beijing; then from 3.30pm-5.30pm she will be at 5th Floor, Mi Yang Tower,Yong An Dong Li Jian Guo Men Wai Avenue, Beijing. On the 19th October she will be at the CSC International Graduate Scholarship Fair in Wuhan. On the 20th October she will be at the China Education Expo Xi'an, 2F, Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu. On 22nd October from 9.30am-12pm she will be at UKEC, Yangming International Building, Xi’an City. Then from 1pm-4pm at Room Chang'an International, Xi'an. Professor Wen Wang will be at CSC International Graduate Scholarship Fair Shanghai, Donghua University Gymnasium    on 23rd October. On 25th October from 10am-12pm she will be at JJL, Building Of Guangdong Development Bank, Shanghai, and then from 2pm-5pm at UKEAS, Sheng'ai Mansion, Shanghai. On the 26th October from 10am-12pm at Golden Arrow, Tian An Centre, Shanghai. On 27th October she will be at the China Education Expo Chengdu, 2F Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu. On 28th October from 10am-12pm at UKEC, Jinsha Winera Plaza, Chengdu City, and from 2pm-5pm at UKEAS, City Tower, Chengdu City.

Pakistan: Nabeel Vehra will be in Pakistan on 15th–16th October from 1pm-8pm at the HR UK Education Expo, Conference Hall, Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. Then from 18th-19th October at Shalimar Hall, Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. From 1pm-8pm on 22nd-23rd October at HR UK Education Expo Shamadan Hall, Serena Hotel, Islamabad.   

Vietnam: Lee Wildman will be at the Education UK Exhibition, Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam from 2pm-6pm on the 15th October. On the 16th October he'll be at the Education UK Exhibition, InterContinental Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City from 2pm-6pm. On the 18th October from 2pm-6pm he'll be at the Education UK Exhibition, Le Quy Don High School, The University of Danang.

Jordan: Dr John Behiri is in Jordan from 19th-20th October at the 13th Autumn UK Universities' Exhibition, Kempinski Hotel, Amman, Shmesani.

Singapore: Lee Wildman will be at Republic Polytechnic University Fair in Singapore on 21st October. From 22nd-23rd October he will be at the AUG Overseas Education Exhibition, National Library of Singapore from 11am-6pm.

Germany: Nichole Carpenter will be in Frankfurt on 22nd October from 12.30pm-5.30pm at the e-fellows.net LLM Day, Japan Center, Taunustor 2, 60311, Frankfurt.

Oman: Dr John Behiri will be at the 9th Autumn Gulf Education Exhibitions in Muscat on the 22nd-23rd October.

UAE: On 24th October Dr John Behiri will be at the 9th Autumn Gulf Education Exhibitions, Movenpick Hotel Bar, Dubai.

Qatar: On 25th October Dr John Behiri will be at the 9th Autumn Gulf Education Exhibitions, Doha.

Kuwait: Dr John Behiri will be at the 9th Autumn Gulf Education Exhibitions, Movenpick Hotel and Resorts, Kuwait City on 26th October.
