Postgraduate Open Day at Swansea University

Swansea University is holding a Postgraduate Open Day on Wednesday 10th March. As part of the event the School of Human and Health Sciences will also be opening its doors. Visitors are encouraged to come and chat about the modules, courses and programmes on offer at postgraduate levels.

Pre-booking is required, so students are asked to book a place at this event online at  www.swan.ac.uk/postgraduate/opendays/ or by emailing C.C.Coleman@swansea.ac.uk.

The event programme is as follows:

12.30–1.30 Registration plus campus tours, information and Q&A
1.30–1.35 Introduction and Welcome
1.35–1.50 Talk: Why do Postgraduate Study (Catherine Allemano, Careers Centre)
1.50–2.05 Talk: Swansea University: Postgraduate Funding and Facilities (Dr Caroline Coleman-Davies, Student Recruitment Office) 
2.05–2.25 Talk: Postgraduate Study: A Student's Perspective (Tom George, MA History and Jess Forse, PhD Translation)
2.25–2.55 Talk: Funding Postgraduate Study (Chris Rea, Graduate Prospects)
3.00–4.00 Visit to the School of Human and Health Sciences (Room 231 Glyndwr)
