King’s College London offers prospective students a new way to visit their campuses. The recently launched campus tours, which are available every Wednesday at 13.30, are guided by current King’s student ambassadors.
The student ambassadors are willing to answer any questions prospective students may have about what it is really like to study at King’s, London student life in general and specific questions on their individual courses. King’s currently offers campus tours of the Strand and Guy’s campuses and will add the Waterloo campus by the end of the year. www.kcl.ac.uk/ug/openday/campustours.
If the 13.30 guided Wednesday tours are not convenient, students also have the chance to take a self-guided tour. Students and family members are invited to come to any of the campuses at any time between 9.00 and 17.00 from Monday to Friday, pick up the self-guided tour notes from reception and embark on a private tour of their historical buildings.
The staff and students of King’s warmly welcome students to come and meet them in London, but if they cannot make the trip, King’s also plans to attend graduate fairs in 2009. For more information on regional events, go to the King's College London website or email openday@kcl.ac.uk. Prospective students can also email current graduate students via the ask a graduate email service.
