Leeds Trinity launches new MSc in Health and WellbeingLeeds Trinity University College has launched a new MSC in Health and Wellbeing which starts in September 2011. This is intended to be an innovative course designed to fit around busy working lives. It will be offered as a two year, part-time blended learning course, which will give students the chance to study alongside work and family commitments. Dr Rosie Connell, Associate Principal Lecturer and tutor for the MSc Health and Wellbeing, says, “The MSc in Health and Wellbeing is an exciting new opportunity to learn about the socio-political picture alongside topics like exercise, eating behaviours and weight control, how to age happily and healthily, and how to enhance the wellbeing of young people and adults in the workplace. This degree is mostly distance learning so you can study at times to suit you, and we offer a study weekend at the start of each semester so that you get immersed in the subject and get to know your fellow students and tutors.” The MSc in Health and Wellbeing will be showcased at a Postgraduate Open Evening on Wednesday 23rd March from 5.30pm-7.30pm at Leeds Trinity’s Horsforth campus. To book for the open evening click here, email enquiries@leedstrinity.ac.uk, or call 0113 283 7150. Find out more about the MSc in Health and Wellbeing.
