ETS launches new TOEFL Customer Support Centres for test takers
Support centres were recently opened to support test takers in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Turkey. These support centres are available to assist students in finding test preparation materials, locating test centres near them, obtaining score reports, ordering additional score reports and anything else they might need before or after test day.
