Matt Alder - a highly regarded futurist, experienced business leader, award-winning digital strategist and the Founding Director of MetaShift - has over thirteen years of experience in online recruitment and leading digital migration within large organisations. Now acting as an independent business consultant, he is a well read blogger, author and an accomplished public speaker. He has also developed interesting strategic experience with social media and is a regular commentator on the emerging world of Social Recruiting.

The lectures will be followed by a formal question and answer session, allowing for a lively discussion of the theories presented. Afterwards, there will be a more information opportunity to mingle over refreshments.
