The SIGC certificate course is founded on a 6 months quality internship with a Scottish employer (many of the internships will have an allowance of up to £1000 per month). In addition, before starting the internship, participants will take part in a preparation module and a subsequent analysis and reflection and action planning module. Students will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the current UK graduate employment market and enhance key employability skills.
Cross sector internships with engineering, management, marketing and IT firms have already been secured.
We welcome applications from all UK, EU, and international graduates with a minimum of an ordinary degree or equivalent from a UK/EU Higher Institution. EU/International students should have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
Please note candidates do not need to be recent graduates, we welcome applications from those who are returning to work or seeking a career change.
