Brighton is launching an MSc in Food Services and Wellbeing ManagementA new masters programme in Food Services and Wellbeing Management is being launched by the University of Brighton in September 2011. This unique programme will look at the origins of food, diet and wellbeing, and study the significant growth of these areas over the past few years. This course would appeal to professionals in the food service industry who want to gain further knowledge. It will also appeal to entrepreneurs who wish to explore and develop a food service and wellbeing enterprise, as well as graduates who want to pursue a career in food services and wellbeing management. The University of Brighton has ten scholarships available worth £4,000 for UK/EU students who study the MSc in Food Services and Wellbeing Management. Students should submit their postgraduate application as soon as possible to have a chance of being awarded one of these scholarships. On the MSc in Food Services and Wellbeing Management there will be the opportunity to study an elective module taught in English at LaSalle Beauvais in France.
