A recent survey has revealed that 96.1% of the 2009 graduates from the Boscombe-based Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) found employment or moved on to further education within six months of graduation.
The Destination of Leavers Higher Survey published by Bournemouth University shows that 42.3% of the graduates from the Master of Chiropractic course (MChiro) started work full-time or became self-employed, 50% went on to engage in further studies while working, and 3.8% gained part-time employment.
AECC Principal Kenneth Call says, "We always knew that chiropractic offered an excellent career path for our graduates. To now have the evidence from the Higher Education Leavers Survey to back this is very encouraging and rewarding for this institution and all its staff and students."
