Anglia Ruskin offering great bursaries for MA Publishing students

Anglia Ruskin University is offering bursaries worth £7,000 for two MA Publishing students starting the programme in September 2010.

Two lucky publishing students from the university's Cambridge campus will get £7,000 to help fund their studies. They will also get the opportunity to work with two top companies from the publishing sector as a result of over £7,000 of bursary support.

Anglia Ruskin University's newly launched MA Publishing is attracting lots of interest from the publishing industry, and this is leading to increased opportunities for the students. There is now the chance of a £6,000 bursary from The Stationers' Foundation as well as mentoring from an appropriate Stationer taking into account the student's specific area of interest. The Stationers' Foundation is the charitable arm of the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers which supports a wide range of educational initiatives from primary through to postgraduate education.

Anglia Ruskin University also has a Hart McLeod Bursary to support an appropriate student's studies. This gives a £1,000 discount from fees as well as the prestige of being the Hart McLeod scholar, Hart McLeod offer a 3-4 week work placement opportunity to the successful candidate.

Both of these bursaries are only available to students who have an offer to study on the MA Publishing at Anglia Ruskin University starting in September 2010.
